Placing an order –
This can be done securely online using Paypal by adding your purchase to the shopping cart as normal and then proceeding to the checkout stage.

Alterations –
If you need to change an item of jewellery such as the length, clasp or colour please email or call us before processing an order.

All payments are secured by Paypal
No orders will be processed unless full payment is received this does not effect your Statutory Rights.
Delivery of goods –
Upon receipt of an order all goods will be dispatched within 3-4 weeks as all items are handmade specific to your order. Should you require the goods any earlier please call us on +44 (0) 7941 940 739 or email info@krystella.com and we will endeaver to meet your requirements.
All items are sent via Royal Mail Services. Please note that all orders require a signature upon receipt of goods.
All delivery costs are free within the UK and Northern Ireland. There will be a £10 charge for P&P within Europe and £15 charge for P&P for goods sent worldwide. These delivery costs are per order and will be invoiced seperately via paypal and goods will not be dispatched until delivery payment has cleared.
Return of goods –
Should you for any reason be dissatisfied with the goods you can obtain a refund within 7 days from receipt of goods, less 20% of the value for labour costs incurred as each item is handmade to order and any postage costs. All items must be returned in the original packaging and sent via Special Delivery. Please clearly mark whether you require a refund or exchange.
Please note that we do not accept any refunds or exchanges on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Exchanges are only available if goods are returned after seven days.
Should an item be faulty a full refund will be given.
Please telephone or email us prior to sending any goods as we do not accept an responsibility for return of goods.
Items can be repaired 6 months from date of purchase free of charge thereafter a charge may be applicable.
This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
